CONTAINER STUDIOS
GLASGOW
Container Studios launched in 2021 to give DJs in and around Glasgow a space to play, practice, mix, stream and record in a professional but laid back and friendly environment.
Our studios are custom designed and built in-house inside shipping containers!
Each space is equipped with the latest club standard equipment, which has been carefully set-up and configured to the room by our sound engineers for top notch sound quality.
We are manned at all times by an experienced DJ, no more broken equipment or call to a remote technician. We check, test and clean daily to ensure you have the best experience on every visit.
The studios are a safe space for everyone. Alcohol is not allowed anywhere on-site and the number of participants in each room in limited - this is a space for DJ's not parties. DJ's visiting us will always have a clean, safe and reliable space.
THE EQUIPMENT
DECKS.
All our DJ rooms are equipped with the latest club standard decks, Pioneer CDJ 3000. Always kept updated with the latest firmware and connected to the internet so you can access Beatport streaming using Container Studios premium account to access an online library of over 13 Million tracks to play directly through the decks.
For the vinyl heads we also have Technics 1210/1200's available on request.
SPEAKERS.
Each room is equipped with high powered Pioneer 10" PA speakers, suspended from the ceiling on custom acoustic brackets from crisp bass response. Audio is routed from the mixer to the speakers via a control room where is runs through a DSP carefully calibrated to the room by an audio engineer for the ultimate sound quality and clarity.
EFFECTS.
A selection of effects units are available to add to your setup. For a small additional charge choose from Pioneer RMX 1000, Eventide H9 or Boss delay and reverb pedals. These will be connected by our staff on your arrival.
THE STUDIOS
Spaces for all things electronic music.
Our Studios include fully equipped DJ rooms, just bring your own music and Production rooms, equipped with large screens, high end monitor speakers and keys ready to connect your own laptop.
We also have a number of private production spaces that can be leased on a long term basis if you are serious about production. These are fully soundproofed to a professional standard ready for you to equip as you like.
